Our services are available to young people aged 18-25 who are experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness in Birmingham. Referrals can be made by local authorities, probation services, or other support agencies.

The length of stay varies depending on individual needs and circumstances. Typically, young people stay with us for 6-24 months, during which we work intensively to prepare them for independent living.

We provide 24-hour support including life skills training, mental health support, education and employment guidance, budgeting assistance, and help with accessing healthcare and other essential services.

Our accommodation is funded through housing benefit and supporting people funding. Young people contribute through their benefits but the support services are provided free of charge.

Yes, residents can have visitors during agreed hours. All visitors must sign in for safety and safeguarding purposes. Overnight guests require prior approval from the support team.

House rules include respecting other residents and staff, maintaining cleanliness, participating in support sessions, no illegal substances on premises, and following the agreed support plan.

We maintain 24-hour staff presence, conduct regular risk assessments, have comprehensive safeguarding policies, CCTV in communal areas, and work closely with local police and emergency services.
