What support do young people receive?
Our support model is person-centred and Ofsted-aligned. Young people receive daily support with:
- Education, training and employment.
- Budgeting, life-skills and independence work.
- Health appointments and wellbeing.
- Community integration and activities.
- Legal and immigration support (for UASC).
We provide 24/7 staff availability with clear safeguarding procedures, property checks, and ongoing risk management.
How do referrals work?
Referrals are accepted directly from local authorities, social workers, personal advisers, and commissioning teams. To refer a young person, professionals can:

All referrals are reviewed within the same day, and placements can be offered within hours following risk assessment and matching.
